The McElroy MegaMc® 1236 will butt fuse pipe sizes from 12” IPS to 36” OD (340mm to 900mm). Above ground or in the ditch, the 1236 brings the flexibility of smaller machines to large-diameter fusion.

The McElroy MegaMc® 824 is a mix of muscle and versatility. Operators can butt fuse pipe sizes from 8” IPS to 24” OD (225mm to 630mm) above ground or in ditch with the same quality. The 824 is the first machine of this size designed specifically for in-ditch, close-quarter work and the flexibility of smaller diameter fusion machines.

One of McElroy’s most popular fusion machines, the Rolling 618 bridges the gap between small and large diameter fusion. This machine offers added versatility with a removable fourth jaw for compact, in-ditch use. McElroy 618 machines can fabricate segmented ells with optional mitered inserts and are DataLogger® compatible. Hydraulic clamping is available.

The McElroy Rolling 250 was designed in response to international metric pipe needs. The 250 fusion machines now come in multiple model configurations to ensure your metric pipe fusion needs are covered. The machines will butt fuse pipe sizes from 63mm to 250mm (2” IPS to 8” DIPS).
