Electrofusion Tapping Saddles or Tapping Tees provide a simple way to add a branch to an existing main.  Often these are abbreviated as HVTT for High Volume Tapping Tee.

These are manufactured using PE 4710 black compounded resins listed in the PPI 
TR-4 and which conform to international standards for potable water 
including NSF 61.

The cutter on these tapping tees has a 1.85" Diameter.
